How it works

From anywhere in greater Hobart to a working machine

1

Call or text

Tell us where you are, the device and what it's doing. We can often narrow the fault down on the phone.

2

Drop it off

Bring it to WOTSO reception at 162 Macquarie Street in the CBD. Call ahead so reception is expecting you.

3

Proper diagnosis

We test it on the bench to find the actual fault, so you're quoted for the repair it needs and nothing else.

4

A firm quote first

We call you with the quote. Nothing goes ahead until you've approved it, and we let you know when it's ready to collect.

Why we don't pick up or come out. Working from one drop-off point in the CBD keeps every job on the bench where the tools are, which is better for the repair. One trip in, one trip back, and a phone call in between.

Not sure it's worth the trip?

Tell us what the machine is doing, or text a photo of the screen or the damage, and we'll give you an honest read on it before you bring it in.

What customers across Hobart say

Nelson has come to the rescue with 3 different troublesome laptops over the last few years. His service is amazing. He even took the time to explain to me what each problem was so I could understand.

Sent my laptop in for a dusting and it now runs like brand new. Great and friendly service and super accommodating for a couple of small hiccups on my end. Highly recommend for cleaning and repairs.
